SHIPPING
PREORDERED ITEMS: Preordered items are not currently in stock. We must first purchase them from our supplier and have them shipped to us before sending them out to you. The processing time for preordered items is 10-21 business days (Monday-Friday). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as we have the item in hand, and it will be shipped to you the following day. If your order multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
ON HAND ITEMS: On hand items are available in stock and will be shipped out to you the next day after your purchase. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday).
All Sales Final Policy
Due to the nature of our inventory, limited quantities, and sourcing process, all sales are final. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
We do not offer refunds for:
Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Delays once the item has shipped
Carrier-related delays outside of our control
Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
Please note once your package leaves our possession, we are no longer responsible for it. If any issues arise, you will need to contact the mail carrier directly. Make sure that your address is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. Delays can occasionally occur, but these are beyond our control. In the rare event of a delay, we will notify you by email.
REFUNDS
Refunds or cancellations are not allowed if it has been more than 24 hours since you've ordered because your order has already started processing.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to the address provided by the customer are considered fulfilled once marked delivered by the carrier.
Marrplugs is not responsible for:
Incorrect addresses entered by customers
Stolen or lost packages after delivery confirmation
Carrier delays once the package has been shipped
High-value orders may require signature confirmation for delivery.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to contact us first for any issue regarding your purchase. Filing a chargeback without contacting us to resolve the matter may result in:
Permanent ban from future purchases
Order cancellation on future attempts
Submission of all order, tracking, and delivery confirmation to your financial institution to dispute the claim
We maintain detailed records of all transactions, including shipping confirmation and delivery verification, to protect against fraudulent disputes.
